WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Collaborating with our Pre-Construction and Operations teams throughout the design, build, and service process to develop the most efficient and safe electrical installations possible by utilizing the prefab process.
Actively seeking new construction methods and materials that will lower costs and reduce install time by working with vendors and researching the Electrical marketplace
Reviewing submittals for electrical requirements, reviewing specifications for design requirements and planning from prefabrication assemblies
Creating an efficient operational process by using technology to ensure that orders are accurate, tracked, and completed on time.
Developing your team by identifying training and career paths to reach their highest potential.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
5 – 10 years-experience in a construction and/or operations management/leadership position; significant knowledge in commercial and industrial electrical pre-construction, design, and prefabrication.
Journeyman or Master electrician license preferred.
Knowledgeable of national, municipal and state codes, and restrictions at each project location regarding building codes, life safety codes, and physically challenged requirements.
