WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Process applications for payment and T&M billings for multiple construction projects and service
Retrieve supporting cost documentation and reconcile with invoicing
Ensure pertinent billing information and backup is included with billing
Maintain files in an organized manner
Ability to retrieve information and assist with invoicing questions including creating spreadsheets to reconcile billings between intercompany departments and customer payments
Process lien waivers
Prepare adjustments or credit memos when necessary, with proper approval
Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable
Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies

Ability to read and interpret documents such as financial reports, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as tax, discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
Detail oriented, organized, and efficient
Ability to multi-task, establish priorities
Strong software skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
Tactful in their dealings with people using good customer service and interpersonal skills, communicating effectively with clients and managers
Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships
